CASE STUDIES: Lessons learnt from the Character First implementation at Water and Sanitation, City of Cape Town.

We trained approximately 120 staff in the basics of implementing Character First. The outcomes were clear, namely that you will be able to build character, praise for character, how to use it in character-based directed work meetings, incorporate this in hiring and do the character-based correction.

The next steps: Selected staff have received help to do a Character-based team assessment and have also ordered material on some of the 49 character qualities. Start doing the same and order these character booklets.
